Kedar Vashi’s career spans over two decades and includes rich experience in Sales, Consulting, Operations, T &D and HR, which helps him bring a holistic perspective to business. Presently as the National Head-Learning & Development for Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., he leads the L&D for 8000+ employees spread across 54 locations. Prior to joining Coca Cola, he headed the Trainer Development & Delivery for Dale Carnegie Training’s Indian operations where he endorsed, evaluated and developed the entire trainer talent pool for Dale Carnegie Training India.

Kedar is a Coach U Core Essentials Graduate and certified facilitator for Noble Manhattan’s coaching for Workplace Program, Vitalsmart’s Influencer Program, and Coca Cola’s KO Formula for Change Program. He is also certified MBTI practitioner.
