Anuranjita Kumar is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Citi South Asia. In a career spanning over 20 years in Human Resource Management, she has worked across geographies in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific (APAC) and the US. She began her career with P&G in 1994 and then joined Citi in 1995. In 2007 Anu was appointed Head of HR, Global Banking Europe, Middle East and Africa where she successfully partnered with the Business heads advising through a turnaround and transformational journey amid a recession.

During her career, she has focused on strategic capabilities of HR, global talent management and cultivating a shared and vibrant corporate culture.
