Rajesh brings with him over 14 years of extensive experience in Human Resource Consulting and Industry HR in varied business environments and diverse internal and external client groups, where he has exemplified strong HR leadership in a matrix environment.

Before joining Eicher Motors, Rajesh was with Expedia where he was responsible for owning and leading the Expedia HR strategy for Asia Pacific.Prior to this, he has also worked with United Colors of Benetton as the Director – HR, the largest R & D Centre of Adobe Systems outside the US, in India and was in HR Consulting at Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen.
