Rajesh is the Capability Development Practice Head of Cerebrus and also leads the Bengaluru region.

Rajesh has nearly 20 years of work experience in consulting and corporations. Prior to Cerebrus, he has nearly two decades of work experience in the engineering, financial and IT sector. Rajesh has worked with major organizations including 5 years stint with Mahindra and Mahindra, a leading diversified Conglomerate. He has also held positions of HR leadership in a financial services organization and an IT infrastructure and services organization. He also headed several initiatives for SHRM in India in their initial years, including Research.

He is certified by NTL, USA for Leadership Transition and by Dannemiller Tyson Institute, USA for Large Scale Interventions. He co-facilitates one of India’s largest Learning & Management communities, MTHR Global. He has spoken on various forums, including NASSCOM, DIAN, SHRM and in leading B Schools.
