Jyoti heads the Human Resources function for the American Express. In her 13 plus years of experience at American Express, Jyoti has held a variety of HR relationship and functional roles.

Known for her strong business acumen Jyoti is recognized for being a strong business partner and has championed the talent strategies that have shaped AXP’s dynamic business in India. These strategies included M&A solutions, the pursuit of entirely unique skills and capabilities and creating a culture of best workplaces. As a member of the American Express India Leadership Team (ILT) she ensures that Human Capital is a key driver in enabling business success, therefore complex organizational transformation efforts led by her are founded on her passion for employee advocacy. As the co-sponsor for GenNxt, AXP India’s Diversity & Inclusion initiative, she endorses her commitment to D&I.
