He served as EVP & Global head of Human Resources for Patni Computer Services and a member of the global management board, EVP and Group head of human resources for the Oberoi group, Global Director of Human Capital for Essel Propack and the ICICI group in various roles in systems, corporate banking, leasing, SAP consulting and global HR.
