Shashi presently heads the HR function for TVS Automobile Solutions Limited, a group company of TVS & Sons. Shashi is the recipient of the HR award for Excellence at Bajaj Allianz and has a keen interest in behavioural sciences.

Shashi has over a decade of professional experience in Human Resources having worked for organizations like ABN AMRO Bank, Reliance Retail & Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance handling various functions like Recruitment, Training, Talent management, retention & development, Performance management, Employee engagement, HRIS& MIS and Process Automation. He has rich experience in setting up HR systems and process improvements and has introduced innovative HR strategies in recruitment, training and employee engagement.

He is very active among the various professional associations in Chennai like NHRD, NIPM ISTD, SHRM and MMA. He is part of the Tamil Nadu HR Forum of the CII and is also on the steering committee of SHRM, Chennai. He passionately runs a forum for HR professionals in Chennai called HR Sangam, which aims to network and share knowledge extensively among HR practitioners.
