Adil has worked in the domains of Business Leadership, Law, People Management & Marketing through the 33 years of his diverse experiences in business. Winner of several awards & recognitions for his work in the industry, he has been awarded a Causa Honoris Doctorate in Philosophy.

Adil has diverse experiences of working in India & globally with large Multi-National Companies like GE & Coca-Cola, on the one hand & large entrepreneurial Organizations like Essar, Godrej & Al Futtiam in the Middle East, on the other. He writes extensively for newspapers, business journals & magazines. Adil is a keynote speaker at several seminars & conventions globally.
